I love how the company sends a text of the tech so you know who to expect if you wife is home alone for example. I've been using Autumn air for about 2 years now. Previous techs are very knowledgeable, can answer questions in a detailed manner or simplified terms if needed. Their maintenance plan is a great deal as you get priority during the summer heat wave in case of an emergency issue for example when a power surge fried our capacitor on our AC. We were up and running within 2-3 hours of calling during peak season 110 ambient.
