  Juan was absolutely amazing. I was grateful that he was here and took care of things promptly and kept me in the loop highly recommend him if I if we had HVAC with our plumbing company, I would ask him to come over

  We used Trust point to replace our 18 yr old HVAC system and I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Communication was great, they arrived on time and completed the entire job in just one day. Care was taken with putting down drop cloths and making sure the area was left clean. All trash was hauled away. Doug Adams and Dominic O'Donnell were the Technicians on my job, and they were very knowledgeable and explained things very well.

  Today I had the pleasure of having a service technician by the name of Juan L, for that we are very grateful as Juan explained everything in a way we would understand and was very respectful of my home wearing shoe covers the whole time. Thank you Trust Point and thank you Juan for getting me and my family ready for the HOT summer coming.

  Alex was our service provider, this is the second time he has been at our house. Super professional and kind, knowledgeable and helpful...great company! I will use them for all our electrical needs! I had to have an old ADT alarm system disconnected because it was beeping all hours of the night. But ADT wouldn't help because I didn't have active account. Alex also replaced 7 to 9 smoke detectors that were originally installed incorrectly and also randomly causing us sleepless nights...looking forward to no sleep interruptions tonight

  Chris McConahy and his technicians have been doing repairs and maintenance on my HVAC systems for a number of years and I’ve been Very Happy with their professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and prompt service. I decided to replace my 25+ year old HVAC system before summer, so I had Chris McConahy of TrustPoint Electric and Air come out and give me a quote and recommendation on which new systems to go with for my two story house. Chris provided me with three system options and explained the difference between the three different options. I decide on which option to go with and had an installation scheduled for the following week. On both days of the installation, I receive a text from TrustPoint Electric and Air informing me that the Technicians Doug Adams and Dominic O’Donnell with their pictures were on their way and will arrive within 30 minutes. On the first day when they arrived, they introduced themselves and were professional and friendly. They went to work immediately and were very knowledgeable and organized in what need to be done to complete the replacement of first AC compressor unit outside and AC/Gas Furnace air handle unit in the garage. The second day involved replacement of the second AC compressor unit outside and the AC/Gas Furnace air handle unit upstairs in the attic. Doug and Dominic laid down drop cloths from the front door, up the stairs and onto the work area below the attic crawl space. They also cleaned up at the end of each work day. Doug and Dominic were very meticulous about their workmanship and it shows in the end results of their work. During each day, the old HVAC hardware and the packaging material of the new units was place out on the curb and was picked up by a company before the end of each day. Upon the completion of the installation, Doug was very helpful in linking up the new wireless thermostats to my cell phone and walked me through the touch screen menu options on the thermostats. I highly recommend Chris McConahy of TrustPoint Electric and Air and Technicians Doug Adams and Dominic O’Donnell if you’re looking for a reliable and honest HVAC and Electrical company. Kudos to Shale the Office Manager for brightening my day when I call the office.
