  It was for a routine A/C maintenance before the summer heat sets in. Victor did a great job checking every detail of the system: the unit in the attic, the compressor outside, all the pipes and electric connections, taking temperature readings, etc. and thoroughly cleaned the outdoor unit and rinsed off leaves/debris. Like other technicians from ProSkill, he’s courteous, thorough, and professional in everything he did. Thank you for a job well done Victor!

  Karl was great! He was very thorough in checking and confirming the problem with our AC unit. He took the time to explain everything and didn’t push a repair and parts on us that we didn’t need. I would highly recommend Karl and Pro Skill for their honesty.

  This is the 2nd type of service I have had recently with ProSkill Services and I would highly recommend them. I appreciate when technicians don't come out to sell. Issac Olivas gave me some great input regarding my plumbing, and was very friendly. Update: I have had a few other maintenance jobs taken care of by ProSkill and I am impressed with their customer service, knowledge, and thoroughness. I highly recommend them.

  I called on Proskills to Service my A/C for an annual maintenance cleaning and to be sure everything was running well. My appt was scheduled to be the last of the day between 4-6pm on a Friday. Technician Hayden arrived on-time and right off the bat, Hayden was very friendly and professional. He literally explained everything he was going to do before the work started and then explained again what he had done after the work was completed. Hayden was very knowledgeable on our system and answered any questions I had. Despite the fact that I was his last stop of the day on a Friday, I did not feel like he rushed to get the job done. He treated me like I was his first stop of the day and made sure everything was in working order and all questions were answered before he left. Hayden is a perfect example of what a professional employee is. I could tell that Haydem is very passionate about what he does. As part of a management team myself, I know it is very difficult to find employees like Hayden these days. I certainly hope Proskills gives him the benefits he deserves and dont take him for granted. I give Proskills a 5 star rating and if your lucky enough to get Hayden as your tech, you will be in good hands.

  PROSKILL IS THE BEST!! I called ProSkill AFTER receiving an exaggerated estimate from another, different provider who quoted a price to me over the phone (this OTHER company never came out to the house). ProSkill sent out their representative as promised, and their firm, factual contractual price is about ONE THIRD of that price given from the "other guys". Better yet, ProSkill's technician, Jim Hayden, has 35 years experience in his field, and used his experience to get to the ROOT of the issue, high water pressure, and in doing so got to the solution of yet ANOTHER problem of which we were aware, but had not resolved. So, two issues will be resolved because Jim arrived. At that point, I brought up and Jim is handling several other issues (water pressure as mentioned, hot water tank maintenance, pressure regulator tank, a reverse osmosis storage tank issue and more). All are legitimate problems to which Jim is properly responding. He did not add in things which we did not require. Additionally, it is just good customer service to have the professional who came out to the house to also be designated the same person to DO THE JOB. Further, Jim will be our person for future calls, should an issue come up. Yes, we signed up for their annual inspection service. Jim is capable, professional, personable, thorough, attentive and seems to have a team behind him that gets what is needed DONE. We HIGHLY recommend Jim, and our hats are off to the ProSkill Services people who put this team together!
