  ProSkill has been a wonderful company to work with. It was easy to make an appointment. They had reasonable availability, and all the services we needed. They sent us an amazing, knowledgeable, and patient technician Jake, who installed all our new plumbing perfectly. He took the extra time to answer all our questions and make additional inspections and tweaks we requested.

  My thanks and commendations to Holden and Josh for the exceptional work they did on replacing a burner ring in our outdoor fireplace. It was a challenge due to the placement and condition of the gas pipes. It is second time Holden has done work for us and we have nothing but the highest praise for his knowledge, his work ethic and attitude. We have used Proskill on a number of our home project and trust them for all our future work.

  So a few months ago I needed a new hot water heater and went with them because I’ve always heard good things. Going to make this simple if you don’t want to get absolutely price gouged go somewhere else. After the fact I found out they charged me close to double what almost every other company in the valley charged me. I even spoke with the manager about it and he was going to look into and get back to me well guess what, yup that’s right he didn’t. Also had and have major issues with their financing company as it’s been almost 3 months and I still haven’t gotten my first bill. A lot of this is on me for not checking around but I’ve had past experience with them and they were nothing like they are now. Iam not sure what happened to this company but they used to be honest and affordable and now they are just content to rip off someone doesn’t know better. Save your money and time and find a company that won’t charge you double what most other companies were charging for the same thing.

  My house was built in 2004. It’s 2022 so I figured it was time to get my system replaced before I had a problem. I had pro skill come out and replace my two units for just under $30,000. We almost reached three years before I ran into my first problem. One of my systems was down and throwing error codes I called Proskill out, even though their warranty had expired. The technician was a nice guy. He found the problem and it ended up being a quick disconnect fuse I paid the service fee of $70-$90 Then only had to pay $265 for a new fuse Later, looked up the fuse and found A pack of two for 20 bucks It most certainly could’ve been worse, I suppose.   Adam arrived within the scheduled visit hours set up during the appointment, and gave me a thirty minutes heads up when he would actually arrive. He was pleasant, very professional and knowledgeable. The check up went fine. He was quite thorough and provided pictures of the condition of all of the heater elements. You never know which technician will show up when you call ProSkill, but you can rest assured they all do a great job. That is why ProSkill has the best reputation in North Phoenix and the only company I trust with my units.
