  Tech opened with wanting to reschedule because may rain. I replied no. Tried to sell me air vent cleaning because my units r 8 yrs old and not cleaning air. I never had a tech person in my attic that caused so much insulation to fall out. I pay for 6 months maintenance yearly and don't appreciate someone trying to sell me on things. The last service guy was late by an hour and tried to reschedule. Then forgot his ladder at prior residence. One more time I am done with Proskill.

  We had two service calls this week. One for HVAC maintenance and one for some repair work. All four technicians were very professional and communicated well. The technicians were prompt and were very respectful of our home. Thank you to Louis, Jason, Karl and Chad.

  Jake came out looking at some hammering noise on my RO system and took care of the issue and gave me a way to contact him direct if any other issues. The annual membership fee is a great feature and very reasonably priced. No charge for this visit.

  I’ve used this company multiple times in the past with no issues, their staff has always been friendly and punctual and their work has been nothing short of perfect. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. I had an appointment scheduled for a reverse osmosis (RO) system installation on December 20, with a confirmed time window of 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. I even received a text confirmation on my current phone number. By 1:30 PM, no technician had arrived and I hadn’t heard anything, so I called the main office. The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She claimed she had called me at 1:07 PM and left a voicemail informing me that the tech would be late. However, it turns out that she had called an old phone number I haven't had for years - despite the company successfully texting me at my current number for the appointment confirmation. She then informed me the technician would arrive at 2:20 PM. At 2:45 PM, the tech finally called to say he was across town finishing up a water heater installation and would need another 1–1.5 hours before he could get to me. This was surprising because, when I booked the appointment, I was explicitly told that the assigned technician “only does RO systems.” Needless to say, I told the tech to forget it, and I canceled the appointment. After this level of disorganization and poor communication, I will not be using this company again!
