  1/10- received a call from the mgr Tom. He finally set things right by 1st sending me the invoice for the 1 supply line added for $195. He further credited $100. Which seemed reasonable. Then he gave a detailed estimate on what it would cost for a customer supplied faucet. The $400 estimate details included installation plus new angle stops. I’m upgrading my review based on this updated info. I asked for a quote to fix a leak under the sink. I thought it was the line. They replaced the line and charged almost $200. After the guy left it was still leaking. He came back and said it wasn’t the line it was the faucet .He wanted $400 this time to install a faucet and I would provide the faucet. But instead I’m getting another company to come out for $300 and it includes the faucet. The company called for a rating of the service. I told them I wasn’t happy. They never called back after that.

  Would highly recommend Liberty Plumbing. Very happy with their service. Great communication. Technician Aaron and office staff Monique and Kelly were all very professional. We got a new water softener installed. Price and service were excellent.

  Update: I had another service come out after Liberty’s unclog only lasted a day. The other service did a thorough unclog that has maintained (so this time it was done correctly) and did it for $50 less. I unfortunately had a bad experience with Liberty. I had two bathtubs that backed up so I called them out. The charged $250 to unclog it and recommended a more expensive procedure (5X that cost) for a "permanent fix". The $250 unclog they did didn't even last 48 hours before it backed up again. When I called the only answer they would give me is that the work wasn't guaranteed to fix it and they'd be happy to come back out and do the $1250 fix. But that means I threw away $250 on their initial recommendation. This is bait and switch and not appreciated. I would never have paid $250 if it wasn't actually going to do anything.
