  My wife & I moved to NWA within the past year and have used Paschal twice for preventative maintenance for our HVAC systems. They have been great both times. Johnny was thorough and did a fantastic job and I hope I can request him for our next appointment.

  Everyone was very professional, Daniel who came out the day I called, gave us a estimate that was reasonable. The installers were very thorough, explained everything. I will definitely recommend Paschal to everyone!

  The technicians are all good, and they are sincere and hardworking. The services are a bit overpriced and their membership seems like a good deal, but when you deal with any issues - their customer service is terrible. 2 stars because of the overprice and terrible customer service

  Anderson the salesperson did a great job looking at my old system and then explained to me what they could do for me. I had 3 quotes and they were not the cheapest but for my money I felt I definitely got my moneys worth. They did a great job installing my furnace and condenser. They are very knowledgeable and answer all your questions with confidence. I would definitely hire Paschals for any other work I need done.

  Johnny A was outstanding in his assessment and advice during his annual check of our systems. He got our AC unit up and running, going out of his way to make sure everything was working properly, and gave us several options to consider to keep our older hvac systems going for as long as possible. Highly recommend.
