  We had the best experience with purchasing our shed through Tuff Shed. From touring the inventory and designing our shed with Mike, to scheduling the build with Cindy and installation with Aaron and his crew, everyone was kind, professional and great at what they do. We would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others!

  My husband and I had a great experience working with Mike on choosing our shed. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable about every detail of the sheds he offers. He took the time to really listen to our needs and understand what we were looking for. Mike guided us through the entire process and showed us around his location so we could see the already-built sheds in person. He explained the pros and cons of each option clearly and thoughtfully. We never felt rushed or pressured, just well-informed and confident in our decisions. What stood out most was how dedicated Mike was to ensuring we got the best value for our money. He made helpful suggestions that aligned with both our vision and our budget, and it was clear that he truly cares about customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship. We couldn’t be happier with the service and having to see our shed being built/installed in our backyard just topped things off. We highly recommend Mike and Tuff Shed!

  In this age of poor communication and sketchy product quality Tuff Shed of Springdale does things right! From the start of my shed project, the online design tools and personal help from Mike Ramm made the entire process so easy. Cindy who did the scheduling was very helpful with any questions I had. I so appreciated being able to talk to real people and not a recording. Build quality is good with many options to choose from and installation went better than I expected. Follow-up questions and concerns were addressed promptly and satisfactory. With a seven year warranty, I know I made the right decision choosing Tuff Shed of Springdale!

  Very happy with purchase of this tuff shed. Glad we stopped by and talked to Mike at tuff shed sales office in Springdale we got what we wanted and the install went great fast and very professional thanks guys……….
