- DDDarrenDec 19, 20252.0Had an issue with a water tank, factory valve was malfunctioned on a relatively new unit... under factory warranty... gentleman was very nice... prices for replacement parts were not so nice..... at any given effect would have cost way more to fix than it would have been to just replace a brand new unit.... i would definitely say if you were in the lines for heater repair to make sure that you shop around for the best possible prices before engaging in any agreement as it did..

We went ahead and got Legacy package for all our houses, The package has multiple perks within. I love how much care and coverage we have. Things break, need to be updated, looked after and I don’t always know/remember to look into it. Suuumetimes I do :) and I don’t always know what to look for. Paschal Team knows. How many time they have saved the day. They are available, responsive, attentive, competent. I seriously can go on and on. How the hvac broke down during last freeze and we were over night in cold temps but I knew all will be well because Paschal rep Brandt is coming in the morning and he did take care of everything and educated what the problem was and made recommendations. AJ in plumbing department saved our water pumps and water line. I feel like we have a competent concierge doctor for our house. So grateful for you guys.
