  I want to say this: Logan Moss is your best tech so far. I’ve had many many many techs too. He was thorough, and taught me more than anyone else. He was transparent, helpful and kind. He arrived on time, and was patient with my dogs, and with my questions. He spoke kindly of Tyler, his supervisor, and I liked that because Tyler is my buddy too and has my back. Often I’ve had concerns and Tyler understood the issues. Logan is very knowledgeable and shares his thoughts honestly. He’s very friendly, yet sticks to why he’s there, an excellent combination for customer service. He listens well and understands why I ask. He’s very easy to get along with and sees both sides of the coin as well as our circumstances. I will ask for Logan from now on for service. He has earned my trust and trust is everything in this world. Hi to Tyler and Logan, my Paschal family. Tyler, enjoy that baby! They grow so quickly.

  Paschal acquired a local Tulsa AC company and with it our contract for service. When I called to schedule my pre-paid AC maintenance I was first stone-walled by the AI assistant to schedule an appointment. I requested a technician who has serviced our system in the past but had to repeatedly request AI to transfer me to a human. After 30 minutes of arguing with a machine, I got to a human who scheduled the appointement. Day of appointment: Got a call from an unknown number (not local) which turned out to be the technician stating he was on the way....but it was not the scheduled technician. I returned the call to find out why only to be stone-walled again by the AI assistant (this is worse than the dreaded phone tree). I was informed that another technician was available so they just sent him out on the call and cancelled my requested technician. Our Trane systems have CleanAir filters on them and not all technicians are trained on how to service them so we always check first when scheduling a technician. After 30 more minutes of finally getting to a human, the scheduled technician was re-routed to us. The technician did an excellent job - as we were used to. However, getting TO a qualified person is difficult. Plus Paschal doesn't do filters anymore. Why pay the same (or more) for half the service? Paschal also only bills on a monthly basis stating they don't do yearly contracts. But they keep the payments if service is not as requested. And their other fees, in addition to the monthly fee, are much higher. Be prepared to be "nickeled and dimed" to death for any service. In the past adding freon to our system was under $75. With Paschal that cost is $275! The higher costs, lack of local, personal, knowledgeable service scheduling and dealing with AI instead of a human means we will look elsewhere for our maintenance needs. They are not local! I'm sure based on other reviews a canned, AI response will respond and apologize.

  The technicians are all good, and they are sincere and hardworking. The services are a bit overpriced and their membership seems like a good deal, but when you deal with any issues - their customer service is terrible. 2 stars because of the overprice and terrible customer service

  Anderson the salesperson did a great job looking at my old system and then explained to me what they could do for me. I had 3 quotes and they were not the cheapest but for my money I felt I definitely got my moneys worth. They did a great job installing my furnace and condenser. They are very knowledgeable and answer all your questions with confidence. I would definitely hire Paschals for any other work I need done.
