- CNCaleb NanceDec 27, 20251.0Major letdown. Wife was out of town and I needed some flooring, not a lot. From the moment I walked in the associate behind the counter didnt move. I asked some questions and got the same response.....everything is located the warehouse....no probing questions, no attempt to meet my needs as a customer. You will get better service online and more information then the associate can offer. Go to Flooring America or Lowes you might pay a little more, but at least there is someone who cares about your buisness.
