This company by far is the worst I have ever dealt with in all of my experiences. When calling to get my floor measured, they did order supplies, but I never heard back from them. After calling them to follow up on my order, thinking that there may have been a delay due to the holidays they admitted my order, and my job fell through the cracks and they “forgot about me” at that point, we scheduled a time for them to come install my flooring which they let me know needed to be rescheduled even though I had coordinated having my furniture moved. So we reschedule. My flooring and supplies get delivered only for the delivery driver to tell me part of my order, didn’t make it on the truck and is not here and that they would let them know. The day before my job was scheduled, I did call to confirm installation and also to confirm that the missing components for my flooring install would be on the truck. They had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. They had no information on any missing pieces, parts or components on my job. During all of these interactions they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
