From my first contact with Backyard Designs, I explained the details of my project. I received a timely response with an itemized bid and estimated time for project start to completion. The bid was very favorable and the project was put in motion. The communication throughout the project was very consistent. The “build crew” arrived on time, did a survey of the project site and a couple of small issue were resolved. The build crew was extremely professional, courteous and dedicated to the project at hand. The project build took a minimum of 2 days, start to completion and the crew did a .total cleanup of my yard when they were finished I couldn’t be more pleased with the total experience, start to finish, with Backyard Designs. Completely satisfied with my “awesome” pergola! I have absolutely no reservations of recommending Backyard Designs for your future projects.
