I had requested stronger screens, but standard ones were installed by mistake. As soon as I reached out, they responded quickly and are now working with me to get the upgraded screens I need—great customer service! They also built my patio cover and carport exactly how I wanted years ago - the. We decided to enclose the patio so they redesigned my original patio cover to create a bug-free enclosed space. Now we can enjoy it comfortably, and my parrots love spending time there on warm days too. Highly recommend!

They were a one-stop shop for the entire project — coordinating a concrete pour to extend the pad, irrigation & landscape to move existing irrigation systems, and then the patio cover assembly & installation. The install teams were also very careful to limit damage to the yard with their equipment. Isaac was a great communicator and extremely easy to work with. Currently enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning shade as I type this!
