  We can’t recommend Tim Miller and the team at Anderson Air enough. Tim was the lead on the HVAC build for our entire laundromat, and his expertise is unmatched. Building out a commercial space comes with plenty of stress, but Tim made the climate control side of things seamless. He is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and a true craftsman. If you need HVAC work in Springdale or the surrounding NWA area, ask for Tim.

  John was very nice and very professional. He sent a picture of himself and his job bio before he arrived. He showed up on time and worked hard all day moving two HVAC units to another location. He even gave us an esthetic option. He needed to stop by the next day to top off the Freon and made sure we were satisfied with the job. Finally, He double checked a previous quote of annual maintenance items that needed to be done. We are very satisfied and will definitely work with Anderson Air again. Highly recommend!

  I was very happy with the technician that serviced the a/c unit. He explained everything well and didn’t pressure about items that were needed. I was aware of cost & diagnostics at very step. I appreciated his thoroughness. I would definitely use Anderson’s again & would recommend them to others as well

  Yesterday my HVAC unit quit blowing cool air and I was needing to schedule an appt to have it looked at quickly. I called three local HVAC companies (one of them being Anderson) and only Anderson was available to come out today. The Anderson tech who came out, Dalton Scales, did a great job explaining the issue with my unit and fixed to where it is now blowing cool air! I was also able to schedule a follow up maintenance check with Dalton for him to inspect the unit further to ensure there are no issues with it.

  Giving a one star because the people are nice but I have had nothing but issues since they installed a new system in the Fall. I think the unit itself is bad but the techs keep coming out and telling me something different is wrong with the unit each time. The heating has been the issue and it's been running fine after about the 7th time of them coming out. It truly seems like it's been misdiagnosed time after time. They finally get the heat working with some odd wiring they've rigged together but I need my AC now and it doesn't work either. So I took pictures of the quality of work I ignored just because the heat was FINALLY working. I'm requesting a new unit in the morning or a full refund. This is beyond ridiculous. Everyone giving them a 5 star is lucky everything was installed properly or you'd probably have the same headache I've been having. The unit won't even turn off when I try so I have no choice but to flip the breaker on it. Also, the air is trying to flow through the door rather than the vent as if it's struggling to breathe. My filter was slightly dirty but not bad. I even tried without the filter installed and there seems to be a different issue with it. As for the job they've done, I've included photos. The breaker box is hanging off and not secured. The panel cover to the control box is collecting dust by the unit, wires are dangling everywhere (remember, I let it go because it was FINALLY working and I didn't want them to break anything by coming back out to make it seem professional).
