  I had a great experience with Allied. The entire process was fast, smooth, and the customer service was excellent. Henry Espejo provided top-tier service from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and very friendly, making everything stress-free. What really set him apart was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism—Allied is lucky to have him. Highly recommend!

  Had a main line buildup, couldn’t flush the toilet or use the shower with the water backing up. My tech Joe was early and got it fixed in under an hour, works great.

  Mike Baum was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He worked quickly but never seemed in a hurry and was patient with questions. Would recommend him specifically any time I need a plumbing job done!

  Daniel was professional and was able to unclog our drains. He also fixed our toilet while he was there. I will say, and this is not a reflection on Daniel, that Allied plumbing needs to fix how they get address information. Daniel could not find our house and had to call me to figure out where to go and it was a stressful several minutes. I believe Allied either did not correctly take down my address or does not have an adequate system of navigation. If you plug in my address to Google Maps or Apple Maps, it comes right up! No need to add stress to the customer and the plumber. Also, your AI receptionist was mildly infuriating and would read me back my phone number incorrectly, and when I asked to speak to a real person, it hung up. I suggest you let the caller know right off the bat it’s an AI system, don’t pretend it’s a real person when it clearly isn’t.

  The service guys were very professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They repaired the toilet and checked the hot water level for my kitchen sink. However, due to the time spent, just barely over an hour, I felt the charge for the service was very expensive. Be sure to request an estimate upfront and ask the hourly rate. Sticker shock!
