- BPBenjamin PierceSep 23, 20251.0I purchased a couple of items from Ferguson in Rogers, one of which I needed to return and I brought it back the day after purchase. A week later I still did not receive a refund. I went in to rectify it and they asked me to bring a bank statement proving I did not get my refund, which I did the next day. I got the run around again as they stated the person who does those wasn’t there and they would call me back. Nobody ever called. 2 weeks after the return I still have yet to get the refund. I have accepted the fact they aren’t going to make it right so I am hoping to warn the next person and advise the to shop elsewhere so they don’t get ripped off like I did. Ultimately, I filed a dispute with my financial institution to make things right. I really don’t care about the money so much as doing the right thing, which Ferguson failed to do.

He went above and beyond and did whatever was necessary to make sure we could take care of our customers.
