It was very easy to get ahold of them with it being after hours, and it didn’t take much time at all for them to send someone to our house. The man that showed up was Dakota. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He gave us some tips and tricks to help prevent that mess from happening again. He also recommended running a camera down our lines because we have had the same problem lately. Because of his friendly demeanor and knowledge he has convinced us that we will likely use drain masters from now on for all our plumbing needs.
