  Sam and his team did a great job! They were able to come same day, performed a free safety inspection, and got me a quote and did everything that needed to be done within 2-3 hours. I really appreciate them. Thank you all so much.

  Arkansas does not have many options when it comes to electricians, and I am glad these guys came up in my search. We had an emergency after the flatland weather hit and the sideways rain decided to make a tree and the powerline high five. Scottie was suppose to be off, and came over anyway to tell us what we needed - A+ For being willing to do that so quickly. Then he came back out with his apprentice, fixed it, and called the power company. Contractors are not normally this efficient. Shout out this company, we will be using them again!!!

  Scottie was AWESOME! We had some Leviton Smart switches that I was having issues getting working and I needed to replace two fan controllers with standard switches. Scottie really took the time to get it all working exactly as I envisioned it! I would not hesitate to use Mr. Sparky and Scottie again!

  Scottie and Mr. Sparky electric were great! They showed up promptly and communicated well. Besides fixing the initial problem, He diagnosed some other important issues that needed to be addressed. I will use them in the future.

  Scottie deserves 5 stars. He is amazing. He answers all your questions, explains what he is doing, is courteous and professional. We used him to get a new panel and to finish out a project that was started by a different electrician from Mister Sparky. The reason why I am giving 3 stars is because for our kitchen remodel, which we brought down to the stud, Mister Sparky sent a different electrician who will remain unnamed out of respect. This man disrespected me by yelling at me in front of my wife and daughter after I asked a simple question. It also seemed he was not pleased to explain what he had done the first time he came to work on my house. It takes some nerve to yell at a customer in a customer’s home who is spending big $ on a project. Very unprofessional and if it wasn’t for Scottie finishing out the project I would rate Mr Sparky 1/5. They quote significantly higher than competitors. I am willing to pay higher for someone to come out like Scottie, but not for someone like the other electrician who will remain unnamed.
