I can't bring the grill to them. Yesterday I was told to send pictures. I have lots. Today they tell me they don't know my needs??? They "don't make house calls" , I need a propane tank and a new gas line. That's all. I will never darken their doorstep again. SHOP LOCAL MY BUTT . .
