He explained every step he was taking to identify the source of "any leak". Ultimately he told me if there was a break or leak in the system, there would be a noticeable change in the water pressure when he turned everything on. So we have eliminated the possibility that water leakage is causing the buckling. On to the next measures to get at the cause and repair the floor. Casey was pleasant, professional and thorough.

The first plumber did not have the camera equipment to locate the leak and the kitchen cabinets were in the way. After the kitchen island was removed by the restoration company, the second plumber came out. He said he didn’t see a leak and told us to pay them another service call to come back when the island was rebuilt and he could hook up the plumbing and see if there was still a leak. Layton and Louis came out today and after some innovative thinking, they were able to hook up kitchen sink to see if they could locate a leak. They found it right away! Their team will be back later this week to complete the repair. They were both very knowledgeable and asked if we had any questions. Their customer service was superior and we will definitely recommend your company!
