  I have only had excellent customer service from this company. Previously I had work completed by Zack and Dylan who were exceptional, I really appreciated them. Just this morning I had AR Leak Det. come out to evaluate a possible leak. I received notice with a picture of them prior to the arrival time. Bruce and Alex arrived on time, patiently allowed me to explain the previous work that had been completed as well as the reason I had called them to come out this time. Before doing anything they told what they would be doing, keeping me in the loop the whole time. They did a pressure check showing me exactly how they checked for a possible leak, showing me the gauges and what I would see if there was a leak.... As a customer I can tell you that it matters for a company that is working on your home to be professional, and transparent when they are evaluating something that could cost you a lot of money. Bruce and Alex were both. I highly recommend using Arkansas Leak Detection. These guys are top notch. They were friendly, considerate, on time, professional and explained everything about what they were doing. 10 stars. If you want it done, and done right the first time. Call em, they will not let you down.
