I had horible dealings with this company they have lied to me throughout the new construction installation. John the manager in the Maumelle branch has been so horrible to deal with he takes no accountability for any of the damages his company did to to my home. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We had technician Marcellis McFarlin come out to asses our kitchen sink clog. This company charged us for a diagnostic visit but made no real attempt to fix our kitchen sink clog. The technician barely inspected under the sink, spent time outside on the phone, and then told us we needed new pipes costing over $1,000.
No effort was made to snake or clear the clog, and the explanation given (possible frozen pipes) didn’t make sense, especially since other sinks in our home were working fine. He even seemed surprised when we told him our bathroom drains had no issues.
Later the day, we hired another plumber who quickly identified the real problem, cleaned the line properly, and fixed the issue completely.
This experience felt rushed, dismissive, and sales-driven. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work from this company. The classic bad-service/upsell-heavy visit was a major red flag. Will not be using again.

The worst service ever. 3 hours walking around the house to tell me that the shower is leaking. Which I don’t believe because he was willing to stay more if I agreed to pay them by the hour.
