The first the technician misdiagnosed the issue and had me spend over $800 for a part I didn't need. It didn't fix the leakage from furnace unit which was caused by a busted pipe. The second time, I got the correct diagnosis. However, when I asked about getting my money back for the part I was sold but didn't need, I was given the run around until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. Finally a supervisor contacted me and told me I would get a refund for only half of my money since they had already sold me the part. I was so tired dealing with them that I accepted the half refund. I will never use them again. The whole experience left me with a great deal of distrust in their "expertise". It seems like they are more focused on getting customers spending money on unnecessary parts rather than solving their clients main issues.

Without asking any questions like, how high is the ceiling, how many windows, what the shop is made of, what kind of insulation does it have, or heck, just come look at the building...the person just says "you need a one ton unit mini split 9000 btu, $2500, final price". What a joke. Even simple, generic BTU calculations of 40x60x25 = 60,000 BTU's. I would stay FAR away from these clowns. This isn't even remotely good HVAC service. Run, run, run fast.
