Airco came out on March the 13th on 2026 to install a water heater into my home. Got it done. Everything looked good, as I thought. On March 21st, on a Saturday morning, I had noticed water was leaking under my house. Contacted Airco, which has a 24-hour Emergency. service, seven days a week. Contacted them to come out about the water leak on the pipe they installed, and they had said they had no one on weekends. It would be Monday before they could get somebody out, which left me without water in my house for two days. They came out Monday, Which my wife had to take a day off work to be there for them to fix it. refixed the water line that they installed, and turned the water on. Didn't have the line hooked right. Water blew all over. the plumber Had to go and get more parts to come back and fix it. The manager, Nick, had came out, brought a fan, put a fan on it. Nick told my wife he would call when he got back to the office, Nick never called. I called the office Tuesday, March 24th,2026 , at 09:47 talked to Shawn, Shawn said that Nick would call me back when he got off the phone with the supply house never got a call, called back at 11:53 talked to Allison, Allison told me that Nick has stepped out of the office and she would give him a message to call me Nick never called, called back at 14:18 on March 24th 2026 talked with Courtney, Courtney said Nick would be calling me back today that he was at the supply house, Nick never called. I called March 25th 2026 at 07:53 talked with Skyler, Skyler told me that no one was in the office yet that he would Email Nick or someone to call me back. i called back March 25th at 08:39 talked to Cheri she was RUDE Cheri put Allison on the phone and Allison told me i need to talk to Nick , I said i have been trying to talk to Nick he wont call me back , I ask to speak to his boss, Allison said see would have to email Jamie the Regional Manager to have him call me Here it is Wednesday evening at 8:08 p.m. on March the 25th of 2026. I still have not been able to talk to Nick or Jamie. I have numerous calls to the office trying to get in touch with him to find out what is going on to fix the problem. I have yet to get anybody And yet everybody tells me that he will call me back and has yet to call me back. My understanding is the general manager, Jamie, uh, hasn't yet to call me back either. So if somebody could call me back, I would surely appreciate it. Y'all's company is not looking very well in professionalism. I would not recommend using this company at all Google will not let me post video of water leaking
