Not being transferred to another store out of town/State . The phone system you can get a answer with in 5 min or less. The one that you have .Has had me on the phone over 20mins and still have to hold on 10 min to see if that store has it or not . Most of the time I put your store on phone and other warehouses on my other phone. 98% the other warehouses will have me on the phone and off with the part . With min . Most All your sales team are great men and know there stuff.

The salesman just instantly threw me to the side, "nope. don't have that. brass is out. you'll never find that anywhere. good luck with that." I went to Faulk Plumbing. They took about 15 minutes to research for me and find what I needed. It was a special order, as I expected it would be. Needless to say, the ones who took the time on this small project are the one's I'll go to for future larger projects because they have customer service that wants to try to help the customer.
