  While these are great plumbers, my complaint is tracking muddy dirt in my living room & kitchen. It’s raining today & I have a door mat to wipe feet on but it wasn’t used. Consequently, I had to spend 35 minutes cleaning my wood floors & rubber kitchen mats when they left. It’s the maid’s day off so I had to mop it; although I have degenerative disc disease & I’m sick with a cold feeling terrible today! That equates to 3 stars instead of 5. If I had known they were going to go in & out the entire time tracking the floors, I would’ve used drop cloths for them to walk on. I highly recommend that you use drop cloths on your floors when they come. They should bring their own!! Problem is they have no consideration or regard for whom has to clean up after them…ugh!

  No free estimates. Was charged $75 for an estimate. Didn't use them because of the price. Had it done for 1/3 of their quote of $1000.

  After several weeks trying to speak with the owner, I still have not heard from anyone. Matt came out to do a bid for some work at my home. All I wanted was a quick connect line ran from the stub on my house to my gas grill and outdoor firepit, which at most are eight feet away. Dewey bid me out $850 to $1000. I wanted to know what all their bid entailed because I was surprised at the cost and concerned they misunderstood what I wanted done. The owner, through his receptionist, told me that's just the way it was. I asked to speak with him and was continually put off, causing me to ask if they were even interested in doing the job. After two more attempts were made to speak with him, the receptionist told me that Matt would call me back. I never heard anything. Think this is a pretty rough way to treat clients.
