  Found and explained issues that my prior company had not discovered to the point that Pascal thought it was related to poor maintenance. I advised the techs I had twice yearly maintenance for years thus I figured out the poor maintenance was from my prior company.

  I had my whole ac and heat replaced by Paschal. They took there time spanning two days, bc my house was out of code. I am fully up to code now and my system is running great. I have to say they have the most professional technicians I have ever dealt with. Paschal called to have the city drop by the house since they pulled a permit. Great service, Great work, Great Technicians. Don't guess when it comes to your HVAC needs. Use Paschal Air , Plumbing and Electric

  I called thinking I had a water heater leak but it turned out to be a leak in the wall. They cam out and started cutting pieces out of my wall. They discovered a small crack in a pipe and cut out the crack and replaced some of the pipe. The problem is they say after cutting huge chunks out of my wall that they don’t fix the wall. So my leak may be stopped (I’m not sure because they didn’t get up any of the water) but now I have to hire someone else to come out and fix the wall. I don’t like that I feel like for $322 to repair a leak and now I has to find someone to fix my wall who will probably want another $200.

  Only giving a star because at least I talked to several live operators. Got online and called a number for HVAC work. Pascal’s computer lady called me several times and I could not get to a human. Few minutes later someone from Pascal called and wanted to know what I needed. At the same time another person from Pascal called and I told her I was already talking to someone. I gave all my info to Pascal and they setup a time for 4-8pm. Got home at 3pm and waited till 6pm before calling Pascal. After fighting the computer lady again twice, I got to an operator with Pascal and was told they had no record of me calling and making appointment. They knew my name and address and phone number but denied they had talked with me this morning. No apology just the next available time is tomorrow 8-12. So I guess I could waste another half day but no thanks. Then after all that the Pascal computer lady called again. OK I’m done.
