- RMRa MzAug 1, 20235.0Today, 8-1-23, needed to remove and replace an old toilet in my Mother’s bathroom in Fayetteville, AR. My Mom is 92. I’m the daughter and live in Minnesota. Contacted Hansen Plumbing this morning. They came out this afternoon, removed and replaced toilet. They were professional, friendly, respectful, with upfront pricing. They did an excellent job. Everyone is happy. We highly recommend their services.

He told me that he would bring his crew out the following day. I will say he was prompt and what is important, he explained what needed to be done and showed me what the issue was. John and his crew fixed the problem , cleaned up, and we're done in a little over one day's work. He was upfront about everything. The important thing for me is his communication to me as his customer, the accuracy of his assessment, and the knowledge he has in fixing my plumbing. His care and concern are exemplary. His work and clean up indicate the quality of his work. I am very pleased and recommend this man without reservation.
