- BHB HApr 22, 20235.0We had a tenant with a leaking water heater , and was out of hot water. John was the only plumber that answered his phone at 10:00 pm on a Friday night and he was not an answering service which I appreciate. He was able to come out Saturday (I was going to have to wait until Monday with other 24 hour service people). He came out when he said he would and replaced the water heater and my tenants were able to take a hot shower again. He also let me text him pictures of the water heater and walked us through turning off the water until he could get there. Also suggested we hook a hose up to it to drain it . I would defiantly use him again. Thank you John

The contractor preformed sloppy work, did little to mitigate his mess, left before his crew had finished and did not finish all required work. He also decided to try to add an additional 15% to his fee because of "unforeseen circumstances ". This guy seems like a pro but he's just out to make a quick buck with incomplete work. Save yourself the trouble and pick another contractor. Paid for all new pipes, left some old stuff in the wall, see attached photos.

I sent him pictures of the broken part and he was able to tell from the photo that we would need a new faucet. I went and purchased the faucet with some advice from him. His crew was out by noon to install the new faucet. They were friendly and professional and did a great job. We will be using them in the future for any plumbing issues.
