We had a one of our Bathroom spread sets faucets popup knob break off and the faucet design has been discontinued. This required finding a replacement for the knob or replacing both spread sets. When I explained the problem to the counter guys, Tyler, Seth and Luis, they went to work and suggested a solution. These three counter men stayed on the problem and came up with the perfect answer. They were very pleasant, professional and put up with all my questions, in the course of soling my problem. Never have I been treated in the manner as these three!
