  Within 2 hours of discovering my A/C was broke Middleton H&A had arrived and had it fixed. Can't beat that with a stick. The tech (Cody White) was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He even pretended to laugh at my jokes which is a big plus coming from a senior citizen. I really like that they text the name and picture of the tech once he's dispatched. From what I gathered the price for the repair was reasonable so it's not like I got taken to the cleaners. The only issue I have is I haven't received a detailed receipt that was supposed to be emailed. Hopefully it will arrive soon. I recommend Middleton and highly recommend Cody as the Tech.

  Very nice man. I had a leak unclear total origin and found problem but he check the attics to be sure nothing going on in attics. Cleaned up well information of problems where communicated and facilitiated insulation to the ducts to be eval and will need replacement as saturated form leaks.

  An excellent technician, Matt performed our routine maintenance and found a problem with the ac power distribution. He explained the issue and explained how the problem could be corrected and the associated cost. The part was under warranty so we only had to cover the labor. I’m very pleased with the repair.

  Middleton got my call at 10am on a Wednesday and had someone to my house by noon. Roland, my technician, was extremely helpful, professional, and he had the unit working within an hour even though he had to order parts to create a permanent fix. The unit was repaired by 10am on Friday, and Middleton went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results. We absolutely are, and we are using Middleton for any other HVAC issue in the future! THis is a great company with great people, and I am extremely pleased with how this turned out! Thank you Middleton Heat and Air!!!!

  Cody wanted to charge me $150 plus $90 service fee for installation of a new Honeywell thermostat. $ 150 for installation of a thermostat is not the usual industry charge. I called before setting up the appointment to get an estimate and specifically ask if they would install the thermostat which is part of the service. The clerk asked her supervisor and she responded yes. I didn’t think Cody was honest about the thermostat installation price. I decided not to go that route and had him install a new Google Nest 4 th generation for $280, installation included. I decided to use Middleton bc it is a big company instead of using Lowes installer for $100 without the service fee when I bought the new Thermostat. I wouldn’t use Cody again.
