  Called Josh for a quote on a water heater replacement. He stopped by later that same morning, provided a quote, and had his team show up after lunch to complete the job. Very friendly, professional, and delivered high-quality work that was completed quickly. Highly recommend!

  We had one of Water Heater start to leak and we needed service right away. We called Josh and he was extremely helpful, the consummate professional, and he came to our rescue just when we needed it most. We are Extremely Happy with his customer service and Josh's response time was outstanding and amazing. If and when we have another plumbing issue our first call or text will be to Josh Mintz Plumbing. In this day and age of lackadaisical customer service, Josh demonstrated the professionalism and dedication of a true craftsman of his trade. We would highly and enthusiastically recommend Josh Mintz Plumbing to anyone needing a Great Job at a fair and reasonable price.   I contacted Josh when we had a problem with our bathtub, after living in our home since 1980, the drain in the tub had rusted away. Josh came to the house, when he was finished with another job that evening. We discussed what I was thinking about doing, replacing the existing bathtub, and the old plumbing fixtures for that tub, changing out the surround for the bathtub and also replacing the faucet in our kitchen sink. We had to order the surround for the bathtub, which took some time to arrive, but when we had everything ready, I contacted Josh again, to get our project scheduled, which he was able to schedule within a few days of being contacted. He gave me a quote and a date for when he would start on our project. The snow storm hit and the roads got slick, so we postponed the project for just a day and a little later in the day to start, so that he could get his truck to our home, safely. Upon arrival, Josh wasted no time in demoing the bathroom and as quickly as it was ready, he started putting it back together, and by the end of the day, he had everything ready to be used. The bathtub, the surround, tub plumbing and the kitchen faucet were all installed, he only needed to do a final touch up on the Sheetrock. Josh never took a break from his work nor did he stop working for lunch. Josh showed up the next morning and finished the Sheetrock work in a short time. I am very happy with Josh Mintz plumbing, very pleased with his performance and pricing and if I ever need a plumber for anything else at my home, he will be the person that I will call!
