  Five stars because the team did a great job with dryer vent cleaning - arrived on time and good communication. I was a little surprised that after I paid, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. The fee for the service is already pretty high and this is not traditionally the kind of service you tip for. The company has this as a default when you make your credit card payment. It is awkward when the person is standing right there showing you the screen and asking if you want to tip them. Steamatic - please pay your employees enough that you don't have to expect your customers to pay more.

  As I look over the hundreds of positive reviews that describe this company's top-notch service, there is no need for me to make those same points in this one. What I would like to do instead is express my respect and admiration for the owners as actual people. What their before and after photos do not capture is all the time and resources that they invest in serving the Hot Springs community--soooo many acts of kindness that the general public will likely never see. I believe in supporting businesses that give back, and this one definitely does that. Give them a call!

  Owen did an amazing job. He was friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing throughout the whole process. On completion my furniture looked better than it had in years. Actually, it looked brand new. I am in awe of steamatic's services. Great experience! Would definitely recommend

  While the vent cleaning service itself I’m sure was done well, I am leaving a one-star review due to a concerning experience I witnessed. I live on Gregory Drive and observed an individual approach one of the workers and begin shouting aggressively in his face. The behavior was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. After looking into the company further, I learned that the individual involved—identified as Rene—is also an employee. The manner in which he interacted with others was inappropriate and reflects poorly on the company. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend this business, as professionalism and respectful conduct are essential when working in customers’ homes. Business owners, do better. You may keep good employees that way. ☺️

  We had our Vents cleaned with Steamatic of Hot Springs crew is awesome! They explain everything they are doing, mindful of the pets when Vacum is going to be turned on and they clean up af5er themselves. Jaz Brown has a wealth of knowledge and experience with AC and heating so he knows what he is looking for and Sam Mitchell is very organized on how he sets up and places all the vents. If something doesn't need cleaning they give you options to help reduce what you have to pay. Overall, we highly recommend Steamatic of Arkansas especially Hot Springs. Prices are reasonable, they are Military friendly and you can tell thier team members love what they do and who they work for.
