We had loose, dirty, moldy insulation from the plenum on our air handler sucked through to the ceiling vents in each room. The plenum had already been replaced, so their job was to clean the blower fan and all the vents from the ducts to the plenum, plus sanitize all of that. They were careful when moving furniture and covered the area under where they were working. Then they vacuumed the floor afterwards. We’re hoping our indoor sneezing will now be cured!! Thank you Steamatic, Andy and Hunter!
