  Steve and his helper Sherman performed yeoman's work on a job at our rental property in Malvern! The quality of the work and overall service was beyond outstanding. It was extremely gratifying to have someone who obviously took pride in their work, while simultaneously ensuring that the customer had a full understanding of the requirements! Thanks again!

  I set an appointment with Walter at 9 AM for the following day. He called me the following morning at 7:09 AM, 7:17 AM, 8:42 AM, and 9:12 AM. He does not show at 9 AM. He leaves a voicemail irritated with me that I’m not answering my phone when I’m expecting him to be at my house at 9 AM like we discussed the day before, and says he doesn’t care that I’m a lawyer, but I need to call him back and let him know if I still want him to come. What part of 9 AM did he not understand? Unfortunately, there are many rude plumbers in the Hot Springs area, and Roto Rooter’s Walter is one of them. Avoid Roto Rooter and call someone else.

  A big shout out to Sherman of Roto Rooter Hot Springs! He went out of his way to rearrange his busy schedule to fix my clogged up system. He was professional, courteous, and on-time!

  Richard listened to the symptoms and they got to it. No surprises. Just cleared the line of the muck, reassembled the kitchen drain and ran load and flow texts to verify. Couldn't ask for a better or quicker resolution by what I see. I do recommended these pro's.

  Andrew was amazing. He was on time and worked very hard. He was was detailed in explaining the problems and gave different options on how to fixit. He took his family time of a Sunday to make sure we had our issues fixed. Thank you Andrew Haymes in hot springs area.
