- PCPete CorcoranApr 20, 20231.0I set an appointment with Walter at 9 AM for the following day. He called me the following morning at 7:09 AM, 7:17 AM, 8:42 AM, and 9:12 AM. He does not show at 9 AM. He leaves a voicemail irritated with me that I’m not answering my phone when I’m expecting him to be at my house at 9 AM like we discussed the day before, and says he doesn’t care that I’m a lawyer, but I need to call him back and let him know if I still want him to come. What part of 9 AM did he not understand? Unfortunately, there are many rude plumbers in the Hot Springs area, and Roto Rooter’s Walter is one of them. Avoid Roto Rooter and call someone else.
