  They were great! I needed a water heater replaced asap for my aging parents… one call… done in a day! And Triston was awesome arriving at a home with a lot of chaos and just rolled with the situation! What a professional and kind guy. We soooo appreciate the service !

  I had regular maintenance performed. Everything was handled well from setting the appointment, arriving on time, professional service rep, to providing quote for additional improvements to my system. I have used them for several years snd never disappointed. I even typically have the same service rep. He knows my system, me, and my pets. I asked several questions and he was able to explain and show me where and how system works on my level. Good job!

  Garrett and Cedric are amazing representatives of your company. Everything was explained to me throughly. I appreciate the fact that they were so nice and tolerant of this old woman. I feel extremely comfortable dealing with your company and personnel. I first called Roto Rooter and was charged $419 for 30 minutes work and obstruction was not cleared. The person told me that it would cost between 3700 and 5000 dollars to fix the problem. Also he said they would not honor the senior or military discounts. Because of the snow and so many of their trucks were stuck. That pissed me off because my husband and daddy fought for our freedom. They didn't not do their duty Because the weather did not cooperate. In closing I will tell you that Garrett and Cedric are definitely KEEPERS. THANK YOU AVA ROBERSON

  My main pipe outside leading into my house broke during the inclement weather. I contacted them around 4pm and they immediately set up an appointment for the next day. The tech contacted me when he was on the way and arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and explained what needed to be done. After fixing the initial broken pipe, he found that my main shut off valve and pressure meter valve were also leaking. He quickly wrote another estimate and said he would be back in the morning as he needed to get the parts. He came back as promised and took care of the issue. I paid exactly what the estimates were, there were no hidden charges. From the office staff to the tech, everyone was very nice and professional. Would highly recommend them.

  Dakota was AWESOME!! I'm a senior female veteran and the ice storm broke a pipe and then my kitchen sink stopped up ...all at the same time. My money was tight so while discussing the amount for both projects ...I couldn't do it. I was ready to just scrap the whole thing. Dakota was let me apply the discount because he wanted me to have running water. He worked with the numbers again and I wrote everything down to keep straight. I agreed to the sink and would return later for the other project ..I paid $212.43in cash. I was lucky to come up with the remaining amount called the next day and spoke to virtual gurl and she scheduled me for the next day Thursday instead of the previously earlier appt on Friday ...YEAH!! The better human side was Dakota helped my son and I to get our cars unstuck from the mean snow! I got stuck down the street from the house after going to the bank to get the money to pay him the 1st time that the $212.43? I walk up the street to tell him so he drives down the street and shovels to get my car out?! When I offered to help shovel he was quick to say I DONT ALLOW WOMAN TO SHOVEL ANYTHING!! I will only request Dakota from here on out because he truly cares and I was so very appreciative of him. The other guys from previous visits were all awesome but DAKOTA is the MAN! He went far and beyond his job description!!
