He was able to verify it was currently working but also that parts for any future repairs could be problematic. He evaluated our space, our HVAC and other factors and gave us multiple paths forward with difference pricing options. This information allowed us to make the best choice for our situation. Once the choice was made, he worked to lock in the furnace we wanted for a good price and scheduled the installation for less than a week later based on having the furnace shipped in.

Then I asked about maybe my aging duct work may need to be cleaned so Mark came out and checked my ducts for cleanliness and I also asked about doing a new metal crossover for my mobile home because of age and some damage to my original tube duct work. I agreed to having it all done and all the technicians and office reps I dealt with were very professional and were very informative on my questions I had. I'm very happy with all they've done, and I'm glad I called them, and now I feel secure and happy to have one hour heat and ac as my future HVAC support team Thanks to all techs I dealt with over last month...
