- NBNolen BuffaloNov 17, 20251.0Unprofessional, rude, dismissive, tactless, lazy, and a jerk. Those are the words I’d use to describe the Mr Sparky employee they sent to my house. Charged $200 and didn’t solve my problem. Another company solved it 20 minutes for $50. I’ll never let them in my house again and you shouldn’t either.

And the work was done to my satisfaction. Have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
- RBRJ BurtonNov 13, 20251.0I hired Mister Sparky to help with some electrical services on a remodel project. I have a fair bit of work that requires multiple trips. I have since discovered.....The Mister Sparky electrician on the first trip over promised, excessively over charged, and ultimately under-delivered, in addition they damaged my hardwood floors right at the front door for me to be reminded of their trip to my home. A few sordid details .... they over-promised ....it would be the same person on each return trip. Trip number two was a flop and resulted in no work being accomplished. The plumbers, the trim guys...all waiting on the sheduled electrician. I then sought other electricians. I obtained two more bids for the exact same work from qualified professional licensed and insured electricians. Mister Sparky wanted to charge a little over $3400.00. The next bud was just under $2200 and the 3rd was just under $1800. On my first job with Mister Sparky I asked about changing all the outlets in my house. They quoted $185.00 each if I did only a few and almost $9200.00 if I did them all. I asked the other two electricians what they would charge for a handful of outlets and they were both in the $20 to $25 range per outlet. Talk about over charging! Shame on Mister Sparky for price gouging customers. I should have obtained several bids so thats on me for being a trusting consumer. Heed my warning and learn from my mistake. Use anyone but be wary of Mister Sparky.
