I was referred by Entergy low income seniors. For free. Remember that. Scared me bc he mentioned radon. Part of his sale tactic. He quoted me the deal and they started. The sprayed foam was sprayed 1 1/2 inch. I was showed a lot more. Like 6 to 8 inches His words, "This is what your getting". I was also showed different flooring. I said, what's going on? He said, I can't do it for free. "What's FREE here?" Now he is making me pay 900 more for the original floor he showed me bf they ever started, Cash to him NEVER said you want be getting this or that. They also didn't fix a large hole on the side wall, I found upon inspection. The inside men didn't do anything either. "Nothing was free here." Paid by Entergy!! I feel like I was taken for close to the price I couldn't afford. I'd like to talk to the real boss here. They were here for less than 6 hrs of work for $5300 Quoted 4,4 I'm devastated to say the least..

They took my home from having a 27% loss of air to 9%,, and 10% is ruled by the government. There was no insulation to speak of in the attic and now there is 14" of it. And the best thing about it did not cost me a dime. Energy paid for the whole 9 yards. So you can't go wrong. And if you are looking for a crew of just great guys Tony the owner, and his crew will get it done. Of and they were right on time. I would definitely highly recommend Custom Insulation.
