  Contacted this company about a commercial door that we own that has a regular deadbolt, and we needed a keypad access lock instead. They said I needed to come in to order it. No problem. Went up there and as soon as you walk in you have to stand in a tiny box and wait for someone to walk over and see what you need. While waiting, a family came in looking for a product, so we all squeezed shoulder to shoulder waiting. They left and I got to watch all the employees hanging out at a large counter hanging out. Finally an older guy walked over and tried to help me. He carried a very old catalog and I pointed at what we needed. He stated it was Friday, so he would call me back Monday. I stated we were in a rush and money was not a problem, we just needed our door secured. Week later on Friday I called to check on the lock. The same guy stated he had gotten on the internet a couple of times that week but didn’t find what we needed. He said he would call me back Monday. I waited another week, and called again on Friday. He stated he hadn’t had time, but he would call me back Monday. Finally I gave up and found what I needed online, ordered it and installed it myself. I was seeking professional help due to that is what they do commercially for what they stated 75 years. I was very unimpressed by being forgot about and ignored.

  Worst experience with our entire build came from Arkansas glass for our glass showers. Was told when they came and measured for the quote it would be 2 weeks for all the glass to come in. Never heard back with the quote amount until I called them about it over a week later then ended up being 2 months before our shower glass was installed after 4-5 trips out to “remeasure”, being “miss cut” and came in scratched are many of the excuses we got after we had to call them each time because no one was keeping in touch with us. Had a few times we were told someone would be at our house at a specific day but never showed or called to tell us they were not coming. We had to call them each and every time. NEVER AGAIN will we use them! -10 on customer service!!!

  I had a large pane of glass replaced due to a lawnmower throwing up a rock and they did an excellent job. Their receptionist was friendly, they arrived as scheduled, did a perfect job and cleaned the glass before leaving. I highly recommend Arkansas Glass.
