Contacted this company about a commercial door that we own that has a regular deadbolt, and we needed a keypad access lock instead. They said I needed to come in to order it. No problem. Went up there and as soon as you walk in you have to stand in a tiny box and wait for someone to walk over and see what you need. While waiting, a family came in looking for a product, so we all squeezed shoulder to shoulder waiting. They left and I got to watch all the employees hanging out at a large counter hanging out. Finally an older guy walked over and tried to help me. He carried a very old catalog and I pointed at what we needed. He stated it was Friday, so he would call me back Monday. I stated we were in a rush and money was not a problem, we just needed our door secured. Week later on Friday I called to check on the lock. The same guy stated he had gotten on the internet a couple of times that week but didn’t find what we needed. He said he would call me back Monday. I waited another week, and called again on Friday. He stated he hadn’t had time, but he would call me back Monday. Finally I gave up and found what I needed online, ordered it and installed it myself. I was seeking professional help due to that is what they do commercially for what they stated 75 years. I was very unimpressed by being forgot about and ignored.

If it could be less than one star it would be…
Our experience with Arkansas Glass was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a small, straightforward project turned into a long, drawn-out ordeal due to poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and sloppy workmanship.
From the beginning, we were met with terrible customer service. They frequently attempted to sneak in additional charges for things that should’ve been included—nickel-and-diming us at every turn. Their crew became notorious for showing up, working for maybe 30 minutes, and then “running back to the shop” never to return that day. It was unprofessional and frustrating to track.
To make matters worse, several of our staff overheard their crew bad-mouthing us and our team—simply for asking them to do the work they were contracted to do. That level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting.
Their lack of attention to detail forced us to bring in other companies to clean up the mess they left behind. Despite our best efforts to get them to finish the job, it became clear they weren’t going to follow through. And when we withheld the second half of the payment—understandably so, given the job was incomplete—Larry, who seemed to be at the center of the chaos, couldn’t understand our hesitation.
In the end, we paid the full amount just to close the chapter and move on, even though the level of service and craftsmanship did not warrant it. We strongly caution others from working with Arkansas Glass. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
