  I’ve known the owner of Vigilant Home Inspection Services for many years, so when it came time to purchase our home, I knew exactly who to call. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Thanks to his keen eye and experience, he identified some repairs that needed attention—issues we may have otherwise missed. Because of that, we were able to have the sellers address those repairs before closing, which gave us real peace of mind. On top of the great service, his pricing was more than fair for the quality of work he provides. I highly recommend Vigilant Home Inspection Services to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable home inspector.

  As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were incredibly nervous about the inspection process. Hiring Vigilant Inspection was the best decision we made! Aaron was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He didn't just rush through to check boxes; he walked us through the entire house, explaining how systems work. His final report was extremely detailed, easy to read, and included pictures, which made negotiating with the sellers much easier. Also in the report he lists if you need to contact professionals or if it can be a diy project. If you are buying a home and want peace of mind, definitely use Vigilant!

  Immediate response and quick scheduling. Inspection was extremely thorough and detailed with pictures, videos and expert recommendations as well as helpful diy notes where appropriate.   Aaron was very professional and incredibly responsive. We called him in a jam as we were needing an inspection on a new construction build ASAP and Aaron made it happen. He not only fit us into his schedule in under a week his report was exactly what we needed. The amount of detail and the expertise that went into to it was nothing short of outstanding . I highly recommend him and his team.
