BUT…… Susan put me in touch with Shandall and am I ever glad she did. Susan handles everything with grace in the office and does most if not all solo. ( She makes me want to help her) 💜. Although she has her plate full, she still took the time to communicate with me and made me feel like I was the only person she had to deal with that day. Shandall came to my house to talk to look at my windows after the horrific incident with Jeff. He spent at least an hour with me and calmed the situation tremendously. Then he noticed that some of my windows weren’t made right, so he put in the order to replace them. He came back to install them himself bc he wanted to make sure they were right. He kept his word. A rare thing now days. When that was completed, he knew that me and my two sisters were struggling to hang something. He took the time, went the extra 25 miles to help. The good outweighed the bad because of Shandall and Susan. Thanks ya’ll. Window World will get my business again as long as these folks are there.

He checked in with us to let us know when the windows were ready, then the door, when we needed to get scheduled for install and afterwards to make sure we didn’t have any further needs/questions. Even answered my questions regarding the referral process….both in how I was referred and how to refer someone else. Installation was great!! I work from home and had specifically asked for certain ones first (and last). No problem at all!! The guys even rescued a kitten from the pool skimmer. My house is so much quieter with my new windows!! Thank you so much.

The majority of our windows are installed from the inside. In certain situations, we may be required to install from the outside.
Do you install windows during the winter? If so, will I lose a lot of heat at the time of installation?
Window World installs windows year round. A standard installation will take only one day. Our installers install one window and at a time and are trained to close any doors to the room they are working in to minimize heat loss.
How do I prepare my house for installation?
Please remove your curtains, blinds, and/or window treatments. Security devices should also be removed or deactivated by your security company. Please provide the installer with a clear path to the window by moving any personal items or furniture that is in front of the windows. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows.
How long will it take for my windows to arrive? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Your windows will be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date of the final measurement. The installation time varies based on the type of window being installed and the type being removed. Normally it takes about 30 minutes per window. Trims and other work will require additional time to complete. A job is typically completed in a single day.
What warranty is available with the windows?
Window World replacement windows come with a limited lifetime warranty for residential properties. Contact us for more details.
What happens to my old windows and screens?
We remove all debris from your property and dispose of it.

We highly recommend that you go to the“Support” section of our website. Most of the problems are easily corrected and do not indicate that there is a problem with your window.
