  Looked for my review I wrote. Can't seem to find it. So I will write another one. Our siding has been finished for the sum of about 3 months. A piece of our facia has fallen off already. That isn't counting how long it took this franchise here to start the project after we signed the contract June 30,2025. It took them 5 months to start the windows and doors. And one of doors was measured wrong so they "filled it in" and made it fit and now we can't move anything big in or out of it. They put new trim around our new front door. And put the old trim back on the new back door (that is the one they messed up.) And shandall said they were going to redo the back door they messed up and make it right, but here we are, nothing. Some of the siding you can touch it and tell there is no insulation behind it, just siding. We showed shandall and he said he would get someone to look at it and nothing. Throughout this whole ordeal shandall has repeatedly avoided our calls. We are just 2 seniors who spent almost $30000 to just make our house look nicer. We depended on these people. No we don't live in an upscale neighborhood but we just wanted honest people to do a good job. I am truly glad others seem to have had a good experience. So now we are stuck with this shoddy job.

  We had a positive experience with Window World of Springdale. They were offering a buy two, get two "Black Friday" special around the time we were planning replacement windows and we contacted them for a quote. They were within our budget and we scheduled them for an install. After they came to do measurements they said it would take about 6 weeks to get our windows in. They worked with us on scheduling and the installers showed up on time and worked very quickly. They were friendly and professional and explained everything to us before they left and let us ask questions. We were extremely happy with the customer service and with our new windows! I would definitely recommend the company.

  Reporting them to the BBB. Called and had someone come out just for an ESTIMATE. They opened up an $8500 credit account in my wife's name after saying when they run her credit it would just be a soft pull and won't effect it at all. It dropped her score 24 points. DO NO USE THEM.

  I truly don't know where to begin. We have had our siding for about 3 months now. And I'm sitting here looking at a piece of it hanging and flapping in the wind. The crew that did the siding was shoddy. No one ever came out and inspected it to make sure it was done right. We spent close to $30000 for siding, windows and doors. The back door was not done right. It is now very small. We are seniors, not made of money. I wish I had the money to have someone to come and inspect the siding because I truly do not think any of it was done right. There is a section of the siding that feels like there is no backing behind it. We can't reach none of the rest it. I am hoping if anyone considers window world to please do your research and look for other places. I believe window world is full of lies and promises that they don't keep at least in this area. Just got some news and I may be adding to this review because our insurance company is going to check and find someone to inspect this.
