  Great customer service! Our A/C wasn’t blowing cold air. We called and Enrique came right over to see what the issue was. Very professional, and was able to find the issue and fix it to help us out. Definitely recommend them!

  We called 3 companies when our A/C stopped working. Medina was the only company that returned our call and came to our home to assess the situation. Enrique got our system running temporarily until he and his team could fix the problem the very next day. Great service and the system works great now. Bud Anderson still hasn't called with an appointment time, and Prestige called back 26 hours after I left a message. Thank you Medina Heat and Air for the professional service from start to finish.
