Finally I gave William a call and he immediately noticed that they were putting the wrong value of the part on the unit. He wasn't here 40minutes and did more in that time than both the other two service guys did put together. Didn't try to BS me about things I didn't need either. . Very friendly and was sympathetic to our situation. Haven't had a lick of problem since. I highly recommend!
