  RIX H&C (William) responded to my call right away and scheduled and performed the service the same day. I was surprised we also needed a new thermostat. Overall, outstanding service.

  Installed a mini split unit for me and everything was great. Took great care to make sure it was installed properly and didn’t seem to care how late he had to stay to make sure it worked properly. Took time to clearly explain how to operate the unit. I called him the next day because I didn’t remember some of the instructions and he was great about talking me through the operation I needed. Highly recommend. Will definitely call for servicing the unit and any expansions I plan on doing.
