They got my project done even though I asked them to put a duct through a bathroom ceiling to get the the back porch, go through a small attic opening to work, and generally build it how I wanted. The ductwork in the attic looks exceptional and professional. The system works great! Thank you!

Finally I gave William a call and he immediately noticed that they were putting the wrong value of the part on the unit. He wasn't here 40minutes and did more in that time than both the other two service guys did put together. Didn't try to BS me about things I didn't need either. . Very friendly and was sympathetic to our situation. Haven't had a lick of problem since. I highly recommend!
