  Professional and friendly. Dylan immediately diagnosed the problem with my AC compressor. Terry arrived a few minutes later with the necessary part. The time from their arrival to completion of the repair took less than an hour. Highly recommend.

  Desmond fixed my AC issue and was very helpful and polite. He explained the problem my unit was having and educated me on what to do if it happens again. I was very pleased with him and would recommend Desmond to anyone!

  We needed a service call on our heater as well as an estimate on a new unit because a tree fell on our second unit. Swift, accurate, kind, informative service. Owner Sara is so kind and does a great job telling others about her business. Which is why I chose Top Notch! Her husband Steven was one of our technicians today. This is a powerhouse family y'all. They know their stuff. Terry. Another techniciannon the team checked on my heater and did a great job of informing me what the process was going to look like for the repair. Also join the membership! It is a great deal. I look forward to the work they will be doing on my home. I also feel secure that my insurance claim will be handled correctly, and they wont leave me to handle it alone! Update! Technicians Dylan and Sebastian came and hauled off our destroyed unit. These men had to work VERY hard to get the old unit out and the new unit in. Not a complaint in sight. They were both so professional and helpful with allowing my dogs a break from being stuck inside. They handled the unit install and the thermostat install with ease! We had to wait for 24 hours before using our unit which they counseled us on. We have used either the AC and Heater since install and everything is great! Also Hannah and Sara were so helpful with our payment process! Thank you!

  Contacted Top Notch to evaluate my HVAC furnace. I had a great experience with Chris. He came out to evaluate my furnace and was extremely professional from start to finish. One thing I really appreciated was that they put on shoe covers before walking through my home. They took the time to carefully inspect everything and clearly pointed out all the issues they found with my system. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions. After the evaluation, they provided a quote quickly without any pressure. Overall, they were very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
