  I cannot recommend Central Arkansas Fireplaces enough! They responded very quickly when I requested service through the online form. When the service department came out, they were very nice and professional. When troubleshooting our issue, they took extra time to explore other possible explanations in order to try to save us money. They even called another technician out to help troubleshoot. They really went the extra mile, and I’m confident this team always does what is right for the client and not what is easiest for them or would make them the most money. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

  We are very happy with our new wood stove purchased from, and installed by, Central Arkansas Fireplaces. Tim went above and beyond by rearranging their installation schedule on very short notice to ensure our stove was installed before the end of the year. Due to the expiration of the tax credit, it made a big difference in the cost, and they were really gracious to move things around so that our stove could be installed in 2025. The installation team was very courteous and professional. We really appreciate everything!

  Don't trust CENTRAL ARKANSAS FIREPLACES whatsoever!!!! Had a stove installed in 2022. This spring due to a mishap we had to have the stove pipe replaced. Called for an amount. Went to pay for it in October and it went up slightly in price which I expected. Paid the full amount. The next day they arrive to my house and install the pipe. One of the men was here for the install in 2022. A couple days later I received an email for an additional $397. I called and spoke with Sherry the owner. Her explanation was on install in 2022 it required more pipe but they didn't charge me and it wasn't noted in their records. New estimate was off of their mistake. She went so far as to tell me it was my fault I didn't measure and tell them how much I would need. Excuse me but they should know. My living room is open 2 story to the roof. How do I measure that? I expected their file to be accurate. She went as far as to say If I didn't like it I could pay for extra pipe from 2022 or they will just come take it down and I could find another company. There was no talking to her. She was angry and defensive from the beginning.
