- JPJody PageMar 26, 20261.0We were told Parts are being ordered, job is still incomplete. It was March 26th when he came. What seems to be the hold up. After this first tech came we got a message and notification of next service date. Second trip got a closed notification and survey request. Not happy people right now, this generator has been a problem since we got it. Needs to be corrected properly. There is no excuse for it having the issues it has. If it not right for the price it should have been replaced.
