  I was very pleased with the work that Dario Jones did when he completed my furnace summer maintenance. He was very thorough and gave me a complete rundown on my system. I will ask for him specifically every time I contact Middleton Heat & Air.

  They installed a new HVAC system for me, but unfortunately the initial install wasn’t done correctly and I had to call them back out the next day. The after-hours call center was not very helpful at the time, which added to the frustration. That said, the company did make it right. They sent technicians out promptly the next morning, fixed the issues, didn’t charge for the follow-up visit, and were very apologetic about both the install and the call center experience. Overall, not a perfect experience, but I do appreciate that they took responsibility and resolved the problem quickly.

  Sandi was punctual and kept to the task of fixing my AC. She was friendly and polite. She determined the cause of the shutdown and fixed it, plus she added freon to the system. She sat down with me and explained the cause of the problem and how to prevent it in the future. The cost was worth the services I received. Thanks, Sandi

  Middleton Heat & Air...techs came out on yesterday...they were very professionally... knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to get my unit working ..despite 3 other companies had been to the house....and said that it needed to be replaced at that moment. Mr. Lewis did tell us that the unit is going to need to be replaced and he set up an appointment for a replacement quote to be done. Middleton Heat & Air are the "Truth".

  Tested my heating unit in preparation for the cold that’s coming in and it wasn’t working. Called Middleton at 8AM, they said they’d send someone. Tech called and we agreed on them coming at 1 PM after we got home from church. 1 comes and goes with no contact. Texted the tech at 3 asking an ETA, only after that do I get a call canceling our agreed service “because we got more calls.” That’s fine, I understand today is a busy day, but wouldn’t you honor the appointment someone made with you that you agreed on rather than just not showing up?
