We chose Window World based primarily on word-of-mouth by two of our neighbors who both praised the Window World product, price and staff. Tyler, our sales rep was extremely knowledgable, patient and courteous in answering all of our questions in the decision making process. My wife wanted colonial style white windows with pane inserts. After driving around a number of neighborhoods in Conway she realized that almost all white frame windows exaggerated the green e-tint in the window glass so we ordered windows with no e-tint for a crystal clear view on all of our windows facing the street and cul-de-sac. We sacrificed some energy efficiency by doing that, but got the crystal clear aesthetic she desired. Our remaining windows (facing our backyard) were ordered with the green e-tint because they take most of the brunt of the hot west sun and we wanted some degree of thermal benefit. The installation staff was a well oiled machine of efficiency and professionalism. The installation process was seamless in installing our windows in one afternoon. One thing I'm nit-picky about is caulking the window frame, especially to brick and mortar. They drew consistently straight caulk lines on every single window on both the interior and exterior. The entire crew was polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. We are extremely happy with everything. The one thing I would have done differently in hindsight is I wish I had upgraded to the gray (more efficient) e-tint on the three windows that take the brunt of the west sun, but that is a live and learn moment. In summary, we are super pleased with the windows and we feel that Window World is there in the long run should we ever need anything serviced or replaced.
