The caulking around the inside of the window had cracked, so that only the lower part of the window was still encased in caulking. I called Window World and the lady who answered said there was a new owner. . She offered to send someone out, but couldn't get to it for a month. I stressed the urgency of the situation, and that the window was falling out, to no avail. I had to call my handyman. Come to find out, the windows never had any nails or screws placed in them. They were simply installed with caulking. $2000 later I had all three windows properly installed, no thanks to Window World. Danger, danger, danger.!
