  Sierra Group Roofing does amazing work. My new roof and gutters are beautiful and make my house look so much better. Sebastian was a very impressive young man. He was polite, very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The job was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

  The estimater went up on the roof looked it over and came back down and explained to me what I needed. He said they would be putting on a ridge cap for the ventilation, what they would be doing with the chimney and the roof. When he comes back for the deposit he said they would not be putting a ridge cap on but would be putting on 3 spinners on instead(not sure if the correct term for the turbine exhaust). Confused me but I said ok you know your job I don't. The day they was suppose to start I received a phone saying they were having truck problems. Said I understood and the lady said she would call back in a hour. Two hours later I called back and of course she said I was just getting ready to call you to say their truck broke down and had to be towed in. I said I understand and she rescheduled me for the following day. Explained to them I have three dogs. One has anxiety and would have to take them to our puppy daycare which I had taken them the day prior and asked again are you sure you can get the roof done in one day. She replied yes and that's the exact same thing the estimater told me so I could make sure I had arrangements for my dogs workers showed up and worked till 730 that night and didn't finish because they were two bundles short of shingles. Forman informed they would be back at 11am the next day. Told him he needed to let someone know they didn't finish because they had already set up a final inspection for 10am that day. I had call the vets office first thing the next morning to see if they could take my dogs and had to run them in to their office. Received a phone call to confirm the final inspection. I had to tell her they did not finish the roof and said their forman told me they would be back at 11am. Said she would call me back. When she called me back she told me they would be there the following day I was very aggravated by this point due to lack of communication. I said whatever. My wife sent a email to production. I received a phone afterwards saying they could get someone there later that day. So basically screw another customer over and pull them off their house. After me getting so aggravated I finally told the lady what day are you going to have your workers here. She said 8am on Thursday. I hung up. Picked up my dogs from puppy daycare and took them home. About a hour later the estimater called and informed me they were going to be putting a fourth vent on my house for free to take care of my puppy daycare bill I had to pay. I said now I'm confused why put a fourth vent on if all I needed was three. He said it will be at no cost to me. Makes no sense to do something that is not needed. Now I'm really questioning the ability of this company to complete my roof correctly. At 330 I checked my ring cam and the forman was at my house no one contacted me to tell me he was coming. I called the office and asked why he was suppose to be here at 8 the next day. He finished it. Said it would take a hour it took around two and a half. The lack of communication in this company is horrible. I do not trust them so now I have to spend more money to hire a home inspector to ease my mind

  We hired Sierra Group to replace our roof in Fall 2025. We purchased their Gold package that also included the installation of gutters at No Additional Charge. Sierra Group provided excellent customer service, superior quality workmanship, and superior value. Sierra Group team members are kind, professional, and keep their word. Salesperson/inspector Stephen was very kind, informative, and offered timely quotes and service. Roofing team supervisor Antonio ensured an efficient removal of the old roof and timely and professional installation of the new roof. Gutter team supervisor Francisco was very kind and ensured a clean and visually appealing installation the gutters. Last but not least, customer service team member Yolanda went above and beyond to work with our schedule, questions, and needs. Doing business with Sierra Group has been a a pleasure and a breath of fresh air. They keep their word. Than you Sierra Group team.

  Needed my roof checked out as I was concerned about leaks. Hunter came out and flew their drone over my property using infrared to inspect the roof. I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous and professional assessment. He then answered all my questions and made common sense suggestions. My concerns became his concerns and he sold me on a solution instead of tent to sell me on a complete new roof.
