We had them replace all the windows in our house and a couple doors. Great price and great service. If you hire them, make sure to give John a hard time for me.

NWA Windows and Siding did a terrific job replacing 45 windows and adding siding to our dormers. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the windows and we’ve experienced a 20 percent savings in our monthly electric bill, so far. The crew was efficient, friendly and kept the job site clean. Overall, the value was very good. High quality and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Northwest Arkansas windows and siding did the Windows and Siding on our home and we love it! Then a year later we had them come back and do the gutters also and those are just as good! Work was done timely and crew was polite and respectful. I’ll use them again for any siding and window needs!

I had replacement windows installed by NWA Windows & Siding back in August of this year. The windows seem to be good, although I’m not a fan of the system for locking the screens into place. Other than that I’m happy with the windows themselves. The workmanship on the install, on the other hand, I’m not impressed with. Here are the main reasons:
1. On the night after the first day of install, rain was in the forecast. Late in the afternoon, I brought this up and made sure the windows would get sealed before they left. They did seal them up. However, the caulk they used didn’t set up/hold up in the rain, which allowed water to leak through to the inside of the house on one of the windows. It also made a mess of the caulk on the outside (this was fixed when they came back out for the second day of install).
2. They didn’t do the best job cleaning up outside. Not a huge deal, but still a bit annoying, particularly when added on top of everything else. I understand they wouldn’t be able to get all the small pieces, but I felt they could have done a better job getting some of the larger pieces picked up.
3. Not impressed at all with caulking (inside or out). After they had finished, I went around and checked the exterior caulking around the windows and found many spots where there were holes/gaps in the caulking. I went ahead and sealed those up myself. Recently, on the inside, there have been many windows where the caulk is cracking, with a couple of the windows having a pretty good size gap between the sheetrock and the window. I have fixed the worst spots myself, but there are still several spots where there are small cracks visible.
4. Missing foam. In the process of fixing the cracks in the caulk on the inside, I noticed a couple spots where I could see daylight, and it turned out that foam had not been sprayed in the gaps. I know they sprayed some foam in some spots, but apparently they didn’t get them all.
5. There were a couple screens they installed that had cuts in them. They came back and fixed them, but it was a bit frustrating that they would install screens that were cut in the first place (unless they just didn’t notice).
I don’t think any of this was done maliciously. I didn’t have any problems with the people installing the windows. I think it was mainly just careless work and using bad caulk. It could have been a lot worse, but it could have been a lot better. Had I asked, I’m pretty sure they would have stopped by and fixed the caulking issues, but I decided to fix it myself to avoid having to schedule them, and so I could do it in a way and use caulk I was satisfied with. They did provide me with a small refund for the issues with the caulk. So, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend them to a friend looking to have replacement windows installed, but based on other Google reviews, it doesn’t appear this sort of experience is common.
