Editing my previous review to add...Hanke Brothers finally honored their word and sent someone to come fix my faulty window. But it took several phone calls and a few reviews on the internet to be heard. I expressed that all of this could have been avoided had they maintained contact with me over the past 7 months. To be honest... they could have literally had the window shipped to my house and I could have put it in myself. I purchased windows that I was told had a warranty. 5 weeks after the install one of my inner windows developed a small crack at the frame. This crack grew larger and compromised the integrity of the window. The window was behind an entertainment center and a heavy curtain and it was impossible for anything to cause it to crack. I called the installer and was told that this sometimes happens. He told me to call Hanke Brothers. I called the salesman several times and was told he would take care of it and never did. I eventually got to talk to Kim Hanke at the office and was told they would order me a new window. Then, weeks later, I called to see if it was in and I was told that it had come in and they would wait to install it until they had someone in the area. That's been 7 months ago and they refuse to return my calls. I have called and texted every contact that I have and they have not returned any of my text messages or phone calls.
