  Just had my roof replaced and Oltmans was awesome. They gave a really good price and their crew was fast and did an excellent job. Justin with Oltmans was great and communicated with me the entire way. I highly recommend Justin and Oltmans for any roofing needs. Plus they are local.

  We had a problem with our roof recently that was causing a leak. Since the age and general condition of the roof didn’t require a full roof replacement, we were hoping to be able to repair just that area. Jerad from Oltman’s Roofing came and gave us an estimate that was quite reasonable, and honestly much less than others we had consulted. My husband also wanted to have them take out an electric fan on the roof that was no longer functional, and install two turbines to help pull hot air out of the attic. They performed all of this work in a timely manner, and their work is outstanding! The turbines have made a tremendous difference in the ability of our air conditioner to keep up with this scorching summer heat! We were concerned about how noticeable a “patch” on the existing roof might be. Oltman’s Roofing did an AMAZING job in matching the shingles!! I must add that when they did the initial estimate, they noticed some things that needed to be secured (left undone by the previous crew hired several years ago), and they completed those tasks as well. When they were here for the roof job, we found that the crew took the time to clean some branches off the roof without being asked to do so. One of the turbines didn’t seem to be turning, so my husband asked that they check on it. Jerad called us from the roof while we were out of town and said there were low-hanging branches that were impeding the wind from turning the whirly-birds. The solution? He and his team trimmed the branches for us while they were up on the roof!!! We returned to find a correctly turning turbine AND a neatly stacked pile of branches on the ground! We value EXCELLENT customer service: Jerad and his team exceeded our expectations and the price was more than reasonable!
