- JHjoann holianJul 17, 20251.0I spent thousands of dollars with this company. They were the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Will not keep their word on anything. Broke lights in bathroom and just left. Windows were cracked from sun damage. Would not fix. Went out of business and bankrupt. Open back w different people. Please beware. Their contact was no good. I feel sorry for the senior citizens who try to deal with this company. This is so sad. Just beware people!!!

We were having problems with two of the sliding doors that started within one week of putting them in. I am revising my post from several months ago because I was able to finally reach Jake at Hanke who was absolutely incredible in getting my doors fixed. I love Love LOVE the windows and doors so I was very disappointed in what I thought was bad customer service. Jake got everything working for me, follow up phone call and all so I put full faith in this company for the future.
