  I’ve had to call this company a few times due to ongoing issues related to the structure of my septic tank, and every time he has come out the same day or the following day I called. That kind of reliability is hard to find. He’s always pleasant, professional, and takes the time to explain what’s going on instead of rushing through the job. Pricing has been reasonable and transparent, which I truly appreciate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company!

  This company came highly recommended by all our neighbors and we could tell why! My husband called them on a Monday morning and they came out the same day within a couple of hours. The big pink truck pulled up and got his fixed up. They also replaced our pump that had gone out. Super easy to work with. We would use them again!

  Great experience with Caffee Environmental inspecting an existing septic tank and installing a new tank during a home purchase. Very communicative, timely, and honest! Let us know they had recently inspected the existing tank and the what the issues were (though we needed to have them repeat the inspection anyway for the mortgage process). Will definitely use them for regular maintenance on the new tank!

  I live in Country Ridge. Mr. Caffee was referred to me by our local plumber. He promptly came out to give an estimate and I made an appointment to have him repair a crushed fill line causing seepage in my backyard. It also required the septic to be pumped. He arrived at the appointed time and within a short period I knew I hired the right person. In no time he found the crushed line and had it repaired. He and his crew were very professional and very knowledgeable . I will be referring all my neighbors to him if a need arises and I definitely would not hesitate to use him again!
